GLE #10 Spreadsheet Calculator

I posted a spreadsheet to help calculate percentage of change problems for GLE #10. GLE #10 is "Analyze the population characteristics and other demographic information about the United States and Louisiana, including rates of increase/decrease for demographic variables."
